The Controlled Chaos collection is a reflection of my constantly hyperthinking mind. Overthinking is definitely a thing — and these paintings channel that restless energy onto canvas. At first glance, the pieces may look disheveled, chaotic, or even disorganized. But look closer, and you’ll find structure: patterns emerge, rhythm appears, and an underlying order reveals itself. I use a wide range of techniques and colors in this series, but the goal is always the same — create a piece with a pattern without there being a pattern.
