Dimensional Florals with Personal Roots
The Flower Flow collection holds special meaning for me. It started after the passing of a friend who was important to a lot of people — I created a heavily textured flower piece in their memory, and that single painting opened the door to an entire series. Some pieces are full of color. Others are all white, kept intentionally simple. What connects them is the sculptural approach: three-dimensional flowers built on canvas in a way that feels different from other styles of art. I’ve also blended this technique with my Cast Copper look, combining floral subjects with warm metallic patina.
